Windows that stay clean longer

Pure water leaves a streak-free finish on glass, frames and sills, without harsh detergents.

A team you'll recognise

The same trained, uniformed faces visit your home, season after season. Not a different crew each time.

Quietly carbon-conscious

Pure-water systems and a fully electric fleet, without making it the headline.

The Pure-Water Method

A streak-free finish, without detergents.

Most window cleaners still rely on ladders, sponges and chemical detergents. Our teams use carbon-fibre reach poles fed with deionised water - clean glass, clean frames, no residue, no ladders for most jobs.

Mains water in

Tap water passes through a four-stage filter that strips out minerals and contaminants until it reads zero parts per million - pure water, ready to clean.

Pure water on glass

Pure water is naturally aggressive to dirt. It lifts grime without detergent and rinses cleanly - no soap film, no residue, nothing left to streak as it dries.

Air-dries spotless

Glass dries to a spot-free finish on its own. Frames, sills and leadwork are cleaned in the same pass, with no chemical residue and no marks on paintwork below.

What's included

Every visit, beyond just the glass.

A full window clean isn't just the panes. Our teams clean everything that frames the view - included as standard on every external visit.

All glass, all heights

Ground floor to upper storeys. Reach poles cover most domestic properties; lifts and MEWP for taller buildings, by arrangement.

Frames, sills and leadwork

UPVC, timber sash, painted reveals, leaded lights. Cleaned at the same time, with the same pure-water finish.

Doors and balcony glass

Front doors, French doors, balcony panels, balustrades. Anything glazed that frames the property.

Conservatory roofs and skylights

Available as an add-on when access allows. Soft-brush attachments for delicate polycarbonate and glazed panels.

Internal windows, by appointment

Scheduled separately. Uniformed teams, shoe covers, dust sheets on furniture below. Internal sash and reveals included.

Issues flagged on the day

Any minor issues spotted - a cracked pane, a slipped tile visible from height, a blocked gutter - flagged on the day so you can decide what to do next.

Built for these properties

Specialists in the homes we know.

Every property has its own quirks. We've spent years learning the ones that matter most across London and Kent.

Period townhouses

Sash windows, painted reveals, fragile glazing bars. Pure-water poles are gentler than any sponge - no risk of paintwork damage on the frame above as we work.

Mansion blocks and managed buildings

Communal entrance protocols, lift bookings, resident-friendly timings, RAMS paperwork on file. Same team each visit, same point of contact in the office.

Glass extensions and roof lanterns

Crittall, structural glass, oversized panes, skylights and lanterns. We plan access in advance and clean the underside where it's reachable.

Mews homes and restricted access

Narrow streets, no off-street parking, neighbours close on either side. Our vans are sized accordingly and we work without obstructing the lane.

Family homes in Bromley & Kent

Larger gardens, conservatories, summerhouses, often a side gate. Regular maintenance keeps the whole exterior looking its best year-round.

New-build apartments and lofts

High-rise glazing with limited access from outside. We work with building management on cradle access or rope teams when needed.

How we work

Careful access. Real insurance. Trained teams.

The questions most homeowners ask before a first visit. Answered upfront.

No ladders for most jobs

Carbon-fibre reach poles handle up to ~22m from the ground - most domestic properties cleaned without a foot leaving the floor. Safer for the team, safer for your paintwork.

Fully insured, properly

£5m public liability, employer's liability, and accidental-damage cover on every job. Certificates available on request before the first visit.

Trained, uniformed teams

DBS-checked, trained on every type of property we work in. Branded vans, named ID, and the same team each visit on regular schedules.

You don't need to be home

For external cleans, we work from the outside - a side gate or buzzer is usually all we need. Confirmed visit windows and tracking on the day, so you're never waiting.

Choose the right rhythm

One-off, seasonal or regular.

Pricing varies with frequency. Regular maintenance is the most cost-effective and, frankly, what most of our long-term clients choose.

One-off clean

A single visit, ideal for end-of-tenancy, pre-event, or to set a baseline before deciding on a regular schedule. Quoted per property.

Seasonal - 4 visits a year

Spring, summer, autumn, winter. Good for homes where windows aren't a daily focus but the look of the exterior still matters.

Regular - every 4 or 6 weeksRecommended

The schedule most prestige homes settle into. Glass never has time to look anything but cared for, and the per-visit cost is the lowest of the three.

Questions

Things people often ask.

Do I need to be home?
No. The majority of our work is external. For internal windows or shared-block access we'll agree arrangements in advance.
How much does it cost?
Every property is different. Access, glazing type, height, frequency and any additional exterior cleaning all affect the right approach. Rather than publish a generic table that would either over- or under-price your property, we provide a tailored quote so you get a fair recommendation.
Are you insured?
Yes. £10m public liability cover. We can share certificates and method statements where required, including RAMS for managed property and commercial work.
Do you clean period sash windows?
Yes. Period sash windows are some of the most common work we do across Chelsea, Kensington and Sevenoaks. Our teams are trained on careful handling of original timber, leadwork, and conservation-area details.
How often should my windows be cleaned?
For most London and Kent homes we recommend every 4-8 weeks, depending on location, tree cover and traffic exposure. Properties near construction, busy roads or under heavy tree cover benefit from more frequent visits.
Do you offer regular maintenance plans?
Yes. Most of our customers move to a regular schedule after the first visit. Plans can be monthly, six-weekly or seasonal, and can bundle window cleaning with gutter, soft washing or fascia work.
Do you clean internal windows too?
Yes - internal cleaning is scheduled separately, by appointment. Our teams arrive uniformed, with shoe covers and dust sheets for the surfaces below the work. Internal sashes, reveals and skylights are all included on internal visits.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Light rain doesn't affect the pure-water method - the water on your windows is purer than the rain that's falling, so the glass still dries spotless. We only reschedule for heavy weather that makes safe working impossible.
Can you handle managed blocks and commercial properties?
Yes. We work with shops, restaurants, offices, hotels, managed blocks and commercial portfolios across London and Kent. Smaller jobs can usually be quoted from photos and a postcode; larger buildings or anything needing RAMS, we'll arrange a visit first.
