Do I need to be home?
No. The majority of our work is external. For internal windows or shared-block access we'll agree arrangements in advance.
How much does it cost?
Every property is different. Access, glazing type, height, frequency and any additional exterior cleaning all affect the right approach. Rather than publish a generic table that would either over- or under-price your property, we provide a tailored quote so you get a fair recommendation.
Are you insured?
Yes. £10m public liability cover. We can share certificates and method statements where required, including RAMS for managed property and commercial work.
Do you clean period sash windows?
Yes. Period sash windows are some of the most common work we do across Chelsea, Kensington and Sevenoaks. Our teams are trained on careful handling of original timber, leadwork, and conservation-area details.
How often should my windows be cleaned?
For most London and Kent homes we recommend every 4-8 weeks, depending on location, tree cover and traffic exposure. Properties near construction, busy roads or under heavy tree cover benefit from more frequent visits.
Do you offer regular maintenance plans?
Yes. Most of our customers move to a regular schedule after the first visit. Plans can be monthly, six-weekly or seasonal, and can bundle window cleaning with gutter, soft washing or fascia work.
Do you clean internal windows too?
Yes - internal cleaning is scheduled separately, by appointment. Our teams arrive uniformed, with shoe covers and dust sheets for the surfaces below the work. Internal sashes, reveals and skylights are all included on internal visits.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Light rain doesn't affect the pure-water method - the water on your windows is purer than the rain that's falling, so the glass still dries spotless. We only reschedule for heavy weather that makes safe working impossible.
Can you handle managed blocks and commercial properties?
Yes. We work with shops, restaurants, offices, hotels, managed blocks and commercial portfolios across London and Kent. Smaller jobs can usually be quoted from photos and a postcode; larger buildings or anything needing RAMS, we'll arrange a visit first.
